Quality of Plantation Shutters looks great. Frames came disassembled, shutters completely pre-made. No assembly or installation instruction sheet came with the blinds, but I believe instructions are available on webpage (I didn't need to refer). We enjoyed designing our shutters with the online application and getting an instant price which was very reasonable. A handy option for novice window covering designers was ticking a box for a professional review (free of charge). Final design drawings came for review, and Annette was extremely accommodating of us requesting drawing changes until we were happy with them. From drawing approval to supply of shutters was approximately 6wks. Thry were incredibly well packaged. They installed exceptionally easily and look fantastic (allow 90mins to assemble shutter frames, fit to window frames, and hang shutters). I'm thinking of buying more Plantation Shutters for other rooms, and will have no hesitation in using My Direct Blinds again.
